I like to joke that I started this business by accident back in 2020. The initial goal was to help just one owner of a 30-person company modernize their IT while ensuring the smoothest possible transition for their employees and their customers.

My goal quickly expanded as I began getting referrals and realized that my focus on business continuity as a priority during all IT changes both big & small was resonating with business owners.

 

Fear of down time in their own businesses was preventing many companies from modernizing their old IT policies, infrastructure, email, phones, servers and even hardware. Although downtime can't be avoided when making a change, with proper consultation and review it can be minimized and your business can be put safely back on track.
